Proyek Pembangunan Dan Peningkatan Pekerjaan Sipil Universitas Negeri Jakarta (Tahap 2), meliputi pembangun 5 menara /tower (tower A, B, C, D dan CDCE). Proyek konstruksi perlu menggunakan sumber daya secara efisien untuk mendapatkan angka produktivitas. Termasuk didalamnya produktivitas tenaga kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui koefisien koefisien tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan dinding bata ringan pada proyek Pekerjaan Sipil Universitas Negeri Jakarta (Tahap 2). Penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan koefisien tenaga kerja yang diperoleh dari perhitungan lapangan dengan Pedoman Penyusunan Perkiraan Biaya Pekerjaan Konstruksi Bidang Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 1 Tahun 2022). Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan langsung. Pengamatan ini digunakan sebagai data primer yang akan dianalisis untuk menentukan angka koefisien dan produktivitas pekerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan dinding bata ringan pada proyek The Development And Upgrading Of The State University of Jakarta (Phase 2) Civil Works.
