Publication Ethics

The publication ethics of this Journal adopts the COPE Core Practices (Committee on Publication Ethics). All parties involved are bound by the following provisions.

Authors warrant that the manuscript is original, has not been and is not under consideration elsewhere, is free from fabricated or falsified data, lists all contributing authors, and discloses conflicts of interest and funding sources.

Editors decide on the merit of manuscripts without discrimination, protect the confidentiality of the process, do not exploit unpublished material, and act upon alleged ethical violations.

Reviewers keep manuscripts confidential, review in a timely manner, provide objective comments, and declare themselves unavailable when a conflict of interest exists.

The Publisher (Politeknik Pekerjaan Umum) guarantees the independence of editorial decisions, provides means to correct errors, and supports the integrity of the publication process.

Alleged misconduct is handled through COPE flows: clarification from the parties, examination by the editorial board, and the issuance of corrections, expressions of concern, or retraction where proven.
