The development of creative economies has been a major focus in government development programmes, including in the city of Wonosobo, Central Java. In this context, it is important to pay attention to the growth of enterprises that can encourage the participation of new entrepreneurs. Wonosobo, with the rapid development of the tourism sector thanks to popular destinations such as Dieng Highlands and Sikunir Panorama, presents significant potential. One of the prominent opportunities is the development of enterprises in the souvenir craft, furniture, and Educational Equipment (APE) sector that supplies to various early childhood education institutions (TK and PAUD) in Wonosobo district.
The Dieng Keren (DEKE) household industry, located in Kelurahan Kalibeber, Mojotengah district, Wonosobo District, is one of the main players in the souvenir, furniture, and APE sectors. Through consultations with the master craftsmen, the Public Devotion team of the University of Islamic Sciences of Indonesia (UNSIQ) Wonosobo felt it was important to provide technical support as well as equipment assistance to improve both the quality and quantity of production. One of the initiatives proposed is planning the design of the CNC ROUTER device that will support the production process in a more efficient and quality.
