PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) UNTUK SMK BIDANG KONSTRUKSI DI KABUPATEN BLORA

Kesenjangan keterampilan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di bidang konstruksi, khususnya dalam penerapan teknologi digital seperti Building Information Modeling, menjadi permasalahan utama di Kabupaten Blora, di mana lulusan masih bergantung pada metode manual dan perangkat lunak dua dimensi, sehingga kurang siap menghadapi tuntutan industri modern. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan bagi 50 siswa SMKN 1 Blora dengan metode terstruktur, mencakup pre-test untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal, sesi teori pengenalan konsep dasar Building Information Modeling serta manfaatnya dalam efisiensi dan kolaborasi, pelatihan praktis menggunakan Revit untuk pemodelan elemen struktural sederhana dan estimasi material, serta post-test dan pengumpulan umpan balik. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman rata-rata sebesar 31,1 persen, yang mengimplikasikan peningkatan kompetensi siswa untuk bersaing di sektor konstruksi digital, sementara kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan adalah penguatan pendidikan vokasi melalui integrasi teknologi, memperluas kemitraan institusi, dan motivasi generasi muda dalam adopsi inovasi berkelanjutan.
